  first off, i would like to say that doctor gale is fantastic. he's a great gp, gets stuff done, and is very nice. he deserves five stars. the office staff and some of the nurses are the reason they get a one star review. most of the office staff is incompetent (i have only had one helpful office staff member in the several years i have been coming here). when i call over the phone to get refills on my medications, they just never do it. i don't know if they're lazy or just dumb, but it never gets done. i need my medications, and when they can't get refills, i start to go into withdrawal. i can't function daily without them. i really, honestly cannot fathom why they can't do their jobs. also, as a side note, i had a nurse that looked at my medications list, and blatantly said "you don't look depressed." incredibly unprofessional. i look back now wishing i had made a bigger deal out of that, cause it was a dick thing to say.
